Keep Sleep-Aid  out of reach of children and pets. It is not to be used by pregnant or nursing women, as it is unknown whether melatonin passes into breast milk or could harm a breastfeeding baby. Do not use Sleep-Aid  when consuming alcohol, sedatives, or other products which may cause drowsiness. How do i take Sleep-Aid ?
For adults 18 years of age and older, to help fall take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime
Can I Take Melatonin At Any Time ?
No! If melatonin is used during the day, it may cause bad side-effects because our body then receives conflicting signals from the melatonin and from the natural environment. This can even cause a disruption of our natural sleep cycle and make things worse if you are suffering from insomnia.
