What is Melatonin ?

Melatonin is a hormone our body produces in the pineal gland to control our sleep/wake cycle. Supplementing the body’s natural melatonin supply has been clinically proven to help adults fall asleep and stay asleep. The melatonin in Sleep-Aid  is like the hormone our body produces naturally. How many tablets i can take ?
One tablet of Sleep-Aid  is sufficient in most cases to fall asleep.
Is Nveda Sleep-Aid safe ?
Yes. Melatonin has been used for years in over-the- counter (OTC) products that consumers take to help them sleep and has been shown to be effective in numerous studies.

Keep Sleep-Aid  out of reach of children and pets. It is not to be used by pregnant or nursing women, as it is unknown whether melatonin passes into breast milk or could harm a breastfeeding baby. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking Sleep-Aid  if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication. Do not use Sleep-Aid  when consuming alcohol, sedatives, or other products which may cause drowsiness. After using this product, do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in other activities that require complete mental alertness, until you feel fully awake. Talk to your healthcare provider if sleeplessness persists for more than two weeks

How do i take Sleep-Aid ?
For adults 18 years of age and older, to help fall take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime
Can I Take Melatonin At Any Time ?
No! If melatonin is used during the day, it may cause bad side-effects because our body then receives conflicting signals from the melatonin and from the natural environment. This can even cause a disruption of our natural sleep cycle and make things worse if you are suffering from insomnia.
