✓ "You are not what you eat, you are what you digest" you might be eating healthy but your body might not be able to digest and absorb the food you are. Eat only those foods which your gut finds easy to digest.

✓ Food we eat affects both our physical and mental health. Be careful about what you eat.

✓ We need not to eat 3-4 meals a day. 2 nutritious meals taken after digestion of the previous meal is enough to have a healthy life.

✓ Never eat anything after sunset(7pm). technically our digestive power reduces after sunset. so make sure your last meal would be within 7pm.

✓ No food article is unhealthy. it's all about how we consume it.

✓ Raw foods like fruits, vegetables and sprouts aren't good for you, if your body isn't able to digest it. make sure to cook vegetables and sprouts before consuming. Fruits must be taken after meals not as a whole meal.

✓ Fruit juices (fresh) aren't healthy. it's just colorful sugar water. while grinding fruits loose their fiber content leaving just sugar. instead consume whole fruit.

✓ Fats are not bad for your health. include oils and ghee in your diet.

✓ Food which is good for someone else might not be good for you. So never follow someone else's diet.

✓ Be mindful while having food. Concentrate on food you are eating. mindful eating is the key for great health.
