Vitamin D3 has become one of the most talked-about supplements in India, and for good reason. Deficiency is widespread, and its effects touch everything from bone health to immunity. Matrix Gla Protein (MGP)

In simple terms: K2 acts as a traffic director for calcium. It ensures that the calcium D3 helps you absorb ends up where it should (bones and teeth) and stays away from where it should not be (arteries and soft tissue).

How D3 and K2 Work Together for Bone Density and Heart Health?

D3 and K2 complement each other in a synergistic way. D3 increases calcium absorption from the gut, while K2 ensures that calcium is properly utilised by bone tissue and kept out of arterial walls. Without K2, the extra calcium mobilised by D3 has nowhere productive to go.

Research suggests that the combination of D3 and K2 may help:

  • Increase bone mineral density more effectively than D3 alone
  • Reduce arterial stiffness and improve vascular flexibility
  • Lower the risk of bone fractures in postmenopausal women
  • Support overall metabolic health

    I usually don’t write reviews, but after using this medicine for around 2 months after delivery, I felt it really helped me.

    I feel more relaxed and energetic now. Earlier, I used to have body pain almost every day in different parts, but now it has reduced a lot. As I am breastfeeding, this has been very helpful for me.
