Lifestyle disorders are the new pandemic of current generation. There is no country, city or house which doesn't have an individual without lifestyle disorders.

As the name says life style disorders stand for the diseases associated with the way a person lives. Life style disorders are noncommunicable diseases but our lifestyle influences the family and society we live in.

life style disorders include Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart disease, stroke etc...

βœ“ Obesity :-
An individual with BMI ( body mass index) of 30 or above is considered as obese.
This is a primary cause for several chronic disorders.

βœ“ Diabetes
This is a condition where cells cannot utilize glucose to produce energy resulting in increased of blood glucose levels.

βœ“ Hypertension
Hypertension refers to the tension in the arteries. This may lead to other diseases like heart disease, eye damage, stroke and hardening of arteries.

A stroke occurs when a part of the brain looses it's blood supply and stops working.
