β Obesity :-
An individual with BMI ( body mass index) of 30 or above is considered as obese.
This is a primary cause for several chronic disorders.
β Diabetes
This is a condition where cells cannot utilize glucose to produce energy resulting in increased of blood glucose levels.
β Hypertension
Hypertension refers to the tension in the arteries. This may lead to other diseases like heart disease, eye damage, stroke and hardening of arteries.
β Stroke
A stroke occurs when a part of the brain looses it's blood supply and stops working.
this could happen due to bursting of a blood vessel or a blocked artery.

This condition involves heart and it's associated blood vessels.
