MSM is a chemical that occurs naturally in humans as well as some green plants and animals and it also can be prepared in the lab.

MSM is a naturally occurring organosuphur compound utilized as a complimentary and alternative medicine under a variety of names including

Natural synthesis of MSM:-
By the activity of Algae and marine microorganisms, Sulphate is converted into MSM after series of chemical changes.

Dose:-
There is no recommended dose for MSM or Sulphur.

MSM is taken orally and applied externally on the skin in conditions like chronic pain, osteoarthritis, joint inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, muscle cramps, scleroderma, scar tissues, strech mark, hair loss, wrinkles, eye inflammation, oral hygiene, gum disease.

MSM in combination with glucosamine and chondritin suphate reduce CRP( C reactive protein. an inflammatory marker) in rats with experimentally induced chronic RA.

MSM is shown to be effective in reducing arthritis pain when used in combination with boswellic acid and type Il collagen.
